Based on what was discussed at the Symposium, I decided trying to establish an EPN Network. Of course it will only work out if you participate with suggestions, ideas, comments, subjects to discuss, information, etc.

My idea is to divide into categories:

1) News
Everything that should interest our group. Thesis defences, trips, talks, new results, papers published, etc. Anything can be interesting. Send everything.

2) Questions
Any question can be put on line and answered by anyone.

3) Events
Events related to EPN that will happen in Latin American and abroad.

4) others
Pictures, jokes, etc

So if you have anything to tell us, please do so. Don't be shy. I will send a message like this to you every month. If you know anybody else who would like to receive our news, let me know. IF you don't want to recieve our messages, also let me know.

Plus I am collecting research data to store in 2 different computers with the following information:

Head of the lab:
Local:
Number of under grads, number of grads, number of post docs and number of technicians working on EPN
Projects with EPN:
Strains that are being maintained in the lab.

This information can be sent to me at anytime and I will arrange a way to store it.
Attached is the list with all the participants of the Latin American Symposium on Entomoapthogenic Fungi and Nematodes and their emails. Until the end of this week you will be reciving the first EPN Network message with information about the symposium in Campos and other things.
